Terms of Service

1. The Service

Auerua ("the Service") is a generative engine optimization platform operated by KYN Technology Pte Ltd ("we", "us"). The Service monitors how third-party AI engines cite and describe your brand, generates and publishes content, applies technical fixes to tracked pages, and — where enabled — serves machine-optimised renderings of your published content to AI crawlers.

The Service depends on third-party AI providers (including those you connect via your own API keys). We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the behaviour, availability, or output of those providers or of the AI engines the Service monitors.

2. Accounts & Access

Accounts are created via Google single sign-on. You are responsible for the Google accounts you and your team members use to access your workspace, and for the accuracy of the business information you provide. Seats are unlimited within one workspace; all members share access to that workspace's data.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. One subscription covers one registrable root domain, including all of its subdomains; tracking or publishing to a different root domain requires an additional subscription.

All fees are non-refundable. Subscription fees and any add-on or one-time charges are billed in advance and are final. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments for any reason — including partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or features you chose not to use. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory right to a refund that may apply to you.

Usage-based costs of AI generation are incurred directly with your own API providers under your own agreements with them; they are not part of our fees. The Service enforces the monthly budget cap you configure, but you remain responsible for charges billed to your keys by your providers.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription:

• Automated actions stop immediately — probing, content generation, technical fixes, publishing, and agent-facing delivery cease at cancellation.
• Published content remains live. Articles already published to your CMS or your custom domain are yours and are not deleted by cancellation. Content hosted on our managed blog remains available for 90 days and can be exported on request.
• No refunds.Fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancellation does not trigger a refund or credit for the remainder of the paid period, except where required by applicable law (see §3). Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Automated Actions Without Per-Action Review

You acknowledge that core features of the Service act autonomously: content may be generated and published, and technical fixes may be applied to your tracked pages, without per-action human review, according to the schedules, budgets, and settings you configure. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration (enabled jobs, budgets, publishing destinations) and for the decision to enable automated publishing. Rollback tooling is provided for automated fixes, and drafts can be reviewed before publishing where you choose manual modes.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content produced by the Service is generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or statements that do not reflect your intended positioning. The Service provides such content as-is. You are responsible for the substantive accuracy of content published under your brand and for compliance with advertising, consumer-protection, and industry-specific rules that apply to you. We make no warranty that generated content will be accurate, that fixes will improve outcomes, or that AI engines will cite your brand.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of business arising from the Service — including loss arising from the accuracy or effect of AI-generated content, automated fixes, or the ranking/citation behaviour of third-party AI engines. Our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms with notice via the Service or email. Questions: legal@kyn.com.sg.
